Aslan étant censé être allé acheter une bague de fiançailles pour demander sa main à Tina demain soir (revoir ICI) il fallait bien que je fabrique la bague et l'écrin.

C'est chose faite :

Et comme vous le voyez, en taille Barbie, ce n'est pas grand et ça demande un peu de minutie : l'écrin fait UN centimètre de large !

Voici le matériel utilisé : l'anneau d'une tige à anneau pour bijoux fantaisie, une pince coupante pour couper la tige, un strass prélevé sur une déco adhésive, de la colle pour fixer le strass, une pince pour maintenir l'anneau pendant qu'on colle le strass, du papier à aquarelle et un gabarit de boîte trouvé sur le net et imprimé en le réduisant à 2 cm de large, pour faire l'écrin (un papier un peu moins épais aurait sans doute fait des angles plus nets mais je n'avais pas envie de recommencer), et un bout de mousse pour le support de la bague (à couper au cutter, que j'ai oublié de mettre dans la photo).

Since Aslan was supposed to go buy an engagement ring to propose to Tina tomorrow night, I had to make the ring and the box.
It's done.
And as you can see, in Barbie size, it's not big and it requires precision: the box is only ONE centimeter wide!
Here's the material I used: the jump ring from a costume jewelry headpin, wire cutters to cut the headpin, a rhinestone taken from an adhesive decoration, glue to attach the rhinestone, pliers to hold the jump ring while gluing the rhinestone, watercolor paper and a box template ound online and printed, reducing it to 2 cm wide, to make the box (a thinner paper would probably have made sharper corners, but I didn't want to redo it), and a piece of foam for the ring holder (to be cut with a craft knife, which I forgot to include in the photo).
